How does it work?
The Zenflow app lives in the agent sidebar and is accessible by new and existing tickets.
When you first install the app, you are prompted to enter the Voiceflow Dialogue API and Version ID of two Voiceflow assistants.
You can change these keys at any time in the settings. Making it easy to switch between assistants.
The Zenflow app includes two sections.
Section 1 takes the last public comment from the ticket and sends it to your Voiceflow assistant. Here, you can prompt your assistant to summarise the comment, generate a reply, or any other action you can think of.
Section 2 sends a message from the agent to Voiceflow. You can use this to search for information (e.g., order tracking), to place information (e.g., add new FAQ suggestion), or to complete other tasks (e.g., place a new Shopify order).
Here is an example of using Voiceflow to summarise the ticket comment. Build a basic flow that captures the message from Zenflow and set a ChatGPT (or Claude) prompt, to complete an action.
You can complete any number of actions by building out assistants in Voiceflow. Use Voiceflow’s API block to connect into tools like Shopify, Airtable, or Google Sheets, to perform more complex tasks for agents.
